Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Get Started" or "Register" button on the homepage, fill in your name, email, and password, then verify your email address.

How do I create my first transaction?

After logging in, click the "Create Transaction" button. Choose whether you're lending or borrowing, select money or item, fill in the details, and send it to the other party via email or registered user.

What's the difference between 'lend' and 'borrow'?

Lend: You're giving something to someone (you are the lender).
Borrow: You're requesting something from someone (you are the borrower).

Managing Transactions

How do I respond to a transaction request?

When someone sends you a transaction, you'll receive an email with a link. Click the link, log in if needed, and you'll see Accept or Reject buttons with options to add notes or attach proof documents.

Can I track partial payments?

Yes! With a Pro subscription, you can record multiple payments for a single transaction. Each payment can include amount, method, notes, and proof documents.

How do I mark a transaction as completed?

As the lender, you can mark transactions as "Returned" or "Completed" once the item/money is returned. Pro users can do this through the payment tracking system.

What happens if the other party doesn't respond?

You can send reminders through the transaction detail page. You can also cancel pending transactions if needed.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmission. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We regularly backup your data and monitor for security threats.

Who can see my transactions?

Only you and the other party involved in each transaction can see its details. We never share your transaction data with third parties without your consent.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion from your profile settings. This will permanently delete all your data within 30 days.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the verification email

Check your spam folder. If still not there, click "Resend Verification" on the login page. Make sure you entered the correct email address.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a password reset link.

The transaction link from email doesn't work

Make sure you're logged in first. The link will redirect you to the transaction after login. If it still doesn't work, try copying the full URL and pasting it in your browser.

I can't upload my file

Make sure your file is under 16MB and is one of these formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, DOC, DOCX. Try a smaller file or different format.
